Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We allow customers to return/exchange the item purchased under the below circumstances:
The item received is damaged or faulted, and is reported about it to us within 24hrs.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to fulfill LOCAL ORDERS within (1-2) business days of the date of your order and (1.5 KD DELIVERY CHARGE). For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS it will take around (2-3) business days and will cost 6 kd by (DHL).
